Esther holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management), First Class Honours in Bachelor of Commerce (HRM), a qualified Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPSK) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS).

As the Programme Assistant, Esther supports the Programme Coordinating Unit (PCU) in the implementation of the three Programme component’s activities by liaising with the Programme Implementing Partners in close collaboration with Component Heads, Monitoring & Evaluation & Knowledge Management, reports preparation and dissemination, administrative and human resource duties.
