Regional Programme Accountant
Beryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option) degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing her MBA (Finance option) from the same university. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Kenya (ICPAK).Besides this, she is a Certified Investments and Financial Analyst (CIFA) Part 2 holder. Beryl is also a member of Young Experts Programme (YEP), which is a programme by the Netherlands Foreign Affairs Ministry sponsoring young experts drawn from the Agri-pro-food and water sectors across the globe and training and equipping them to become change agents and leaders in their fields through coaching and exchange programmes with peers.
As Regional Programme Accountant, Beryl supports the programme implementation activities in the Western Region by overseeing the accounting and logistical functions at the regional office to ensure efficiency. She also ensures proper cash flow management at the regional office as well as liaising with County Treasuries in the Western Region and compiling financial reports to ensure Accountability of programme funds.
